The Role
You will provide efficient, professional and pro-active administrative and clerical support across a group of Healthcare Ireland Homes, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards within the sector. The Regional Administrative Assistant will be required to travel to any of the Healthcare Ireland Group sites as required to fulfil the needs of the role.

About the role
Main Responsibilities
Deal with telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input, meeting and greeting visitors, note taking at confidential meetings.
Manage home-level finances, including resident funds.
Take responsibility for monitoring budgets when required.
Ensure that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with established policies and procedures.
Assist in updating staff and resident records as well as central and local database systems.
Advise and support less experienced colleagues, supporting with training as required.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience within a fast-paced administrative role (preferably a nursing home environment)
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard, with a high level of English and numeracy
- Excellent keyboard and PC skills with a good level of proficiency for Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Exceptional clerical, organisation and receptionist skills
- The ability to work on initiative within established processes and procedures, referring more complex issues to the appropriate manager
- A flexible approach to gathering information, making judgement and problem-solving
