Requirements

  • Follow all company policies and procedure; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional.

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to the company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.

  • Handle any guest issues with professionalism and confidence;

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the Reception team and support the team to reach common goals.

  • General computer knowledge

  • Pleasant demeanour when interacting with hotel guests
