Internal Facilities Coordinator

We are recruiting for an Internal Services Coordinator, collaborate between non clinical internal service departments, to build on and improve the high standards of the residence, in order to provide an environment for our residents, which underpins all of the basic life values that contributes to an excellent quality of life.

You will be required to be an effective communicator, with good attention to detail, and be used to working in an environment of high ethical and quality standards.

About the role

  • To collaborate between Internal Catering, Domestic and Maintenance Services, which leads to quality and oversight improvement between departments.

  • To Assist PIC in promoting through high standards of work, a clean and tidy environment which is conducive to the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the residents.

  • To assist the Kitchen Manager in promoting through high standards of work an environment that focuses on and manages the nutritional needs of the residents as well as providing food that delights residents and meets their expectations.

  • To Assist the PIC with the coordination of PPM Schedules and coordinate defect reporting

  • To enhance and streamline and document the internal services

  • To promote the ethos of person-centred care.

  • To ensure that everything we do reflects the privacy, dignity, independence, and respect of our residents and underpins all the basic values that contribute to an excellent quality of life.

  • To ensure that all residents receive enjoy a high level of domestic cleanliness

  • To advocate for our residents.

What you will need

Required criteria

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Fluency in English Language
  • Minimum Standard of IT Literacy

Desired criteria

  • Previous Experience In Facilities Management in a Care or Hospitality Setting would be an Advantage but not Essential
