Jaguar Land Rover Aftersales Manager

Your Role:

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be a key member of our service department, building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and building trust.

  • Sales: Actively promoting products and services, showcasing your sales expertise.

  • Team Leadership: Guiding and mentoring the Aftersales team to achieve their best.

  • Operations: Overseeing department performance, managing budgets, and ensuring efficiency.

  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrating a deep understanding of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles and services.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse department performance to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and management. Clearly convey information, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication.

 What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of two to three years proven experience in a vehicle service department, with a strong background in customer service and sales.

  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of vehicle parts, services, and industry standards.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, organisation, IT and time management skills. A passion for customer service and a strong work ethic are essential.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, setting a positive example and driving results.
