Cafe Supervisor
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
Summary: We are recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to operate Hunslet Moor Cafe which is operated by Westward Care Group. 63 affordable extra care apartment extra care housing is currently building and opening November. We want you to play a key role in this journey to make the cafe a great place to visit for customers near and far
Job OverviewAs a Café Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality food and products that delight our customers, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, ideal candidate will have passion for Hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and strong background in kitchen management and food preparation.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Ability work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
