Marketing Executive
We are currently inviting applications for the position of Marketing Executive to join the Moran Group Marketing Team. Family-owned and operated, the Moran Group owns and manages a portfolio of high quality hospitality properties and PRS units.
The candidate will assist in the implementation of the group's marketing plan for its multiple hospitality properties. They will be required to work closely with departments across a number of properties to increase product awareness and create demand for multiple revenue channels, by undertaking the necessary marketing activities.
You must be passionate and creative with a strong background of working with copy and social channels.
Excel in producing innovative and engaging content for multimedia platforms to ensure a holistic marketing strategy.
Ideally, have experience working in the hospitality sector but not essential
About the role
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Website management – create content, offers and audit website
Assist with management of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc):
Capture content to use on social media
Monthly content plans
Planning and scheduling in line with plans
Creation of ads
Assist in the creation of presentation decks, menus, POS and adverts
Prepare reports and track marketing activity results
Weekly and monthly Digital reporting to management
Assist in the planning and management of photo and video shoots
Manage Eventbrite ticketing system
Email marketing production & distribution
Database Marketing – production & distribution
Ensure all emails are replied to efficiently on a daily basis
Assist with marketing Budget management
Assist in the production of print, radio & digital advertising materials
Assisting with Media Planning & Management
Build & maintain strong working relations with all 3rd party suppliers including designers, printers, advertising & PR agencies
Assist in the organising and participating in trade shows and promotions
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline .
3 years experience in Marketing role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficient in Content Management System (CMS)
Digital Marketing experience.
Strong administration skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Highly motivated and self-starter.
