Staff Nurse
Willowbrook Care Centre is a 31 bedded facility located in Osborne Park, a leafy residential suburb in the heart of BT9. The centre is conveniently connected to both the Lisburn Road and the Malone Road. The centre is specifically designed to cater for a range of complex needs including but not limited to learning disability, brain injury and physical disability. Our vision is “to provide a comfortable and therapeutic living environment that enables supportive steps towards recovery and mental wellbeing”.
We have an opportunity for a Staff Nurse, in Willowbrook Care Centre, Belfast. Newly qualified nurses will also be considered..
Job type - Full time/Part time
Hours - Day/Night duty
Salary – £22.00 per hour circa

About the role
Responsibilities of Staff Nurse Role:
· Ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered to all your residents
· You will maintain and develop the community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support the independence and life skills of our residents.
· You will provide mental health nursing care and administration of medications including prescribed IM depot injections.
· You will assist with the supervision of staff and ensure their adherence to the policies of the home.
Staff Nurse Role:
· You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse or General Nurse with at least 2 years experience
· Fluent level of English
· Must be available for shifts as detailed above
· Have a compassionate and caring nature
