About the role

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To promote a helpful and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt caring and helpful attitude.

  • Supplying linen and guest supplies to all Accommodation Assistants

  • To offer the highest level of guest service in Accommodation and public areas ensuring the agreed standards are always achieved.

  • Carrying out regular stocktake of linen and guest supplies

  • Be flexible in other departments of accommodation when required.

  • To liaise closely with Accommodation Manager & Supervisor on a daily basis so as to ensure that there is effective communication between your department

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen.

  • High standards of service and attention to detail.

  • Strong Team Player

  • Proficient in English

  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
