About the role
We are seeking a Business Process Automation Graduate to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Business Process Improvement Manager and will be required to work closely within his/her allocated areas of operation

Leadership and Development programme in Year 1 of the graduate programme to build on graduates professional development. This programme is delivered by the Ibec Academy and accredited by TU Dublin.
Key areas of responsibility:
Developing, testing, and deploying automated processes and tasks to streamline workflows and reduce manual labour.
Identifying areas of improvement in existing processes and implementing new automation solutions.
Monitoring the performance and accuracy of automated processes, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Prioritising security and ensuring compliance with CRH’s cyber security policy.
Maintaining robust document management on all automated processes.
Candidates should ideally possess:
A relevant third level Qualification in Technology Management or similar qualification.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Knowledgeable in a range of computer programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript and SQL.
Familiar with a range of automation tools such as RPA, workflow automation software, test automation software and BPM software.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proactive, results driven and self-motivated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
An ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines in order to produce results.
Strong computer literacy skills.
