Assistant Group Housekeeping Manager
The position:
We are looking for an Assistant Group Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Darwin Escapes Head Office in Flintshire, North Wales. Fantastic competitive salary!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours over 5 days. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
This role will be based at out Head Office in Talacre, North Wales.
You must hold a full UK driving licence as you will be required to travel to several of our resorts across the UK, for which a company pool car will be provided.

About the role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Assistant Group Housekeeping Manager will:
· Work closely with the Group Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations across the group.
. Oversee staff management. Manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing for cleans on check-in days.
· Manage budgets and controlling costs.
· Liaise with suppliers.
· Ensure housekeeping standards across the company are in line with our high standards.
· Provide cover where required at any of our resorts.
· Assist with administration duties.
. This role has full accountability for the Housekeeping operations
Requirements:
2-3 years previous experience in a similar multi-site role is essential. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Ability to work on your own and in a team. Experience using Excel, Word and Outlook. Driving license is essential for this role.
