About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff
Ensure all rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards
Manage stock of cleaning supplies and linens
Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
