JOB TITLE: Customer Services Co-Ordinator
REPORTS TO: Head of Sales
JOB TYPE: Permanent – Full Time
WORKING HOURS: 36.50 per week Monday to Thursday (9am-5pm) Friday (8am-3pm).
SALARY: £24-£26k per annum DOE
As a Customer Services Co-ordinator, you will be critical in ensuring our customers’ needs and expectations are met. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by monitoring and reporting ‘On-Time In-Full’ (OTIF) performance, resolving discrepancies swiftly and managing various administrational tasks related to order processing and delivery coordination
About the role
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Process sales & remedial orders accurately and efficiently
Oversee the entire order fulfilment process to ensure customer delivery expectations are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, feedback and concerns.
Advocate for customers internally, ensuring their voice influences our service development
Monitor adherence to weekly production schedule and communicate proactively with customers their order status, potential delays, and resolutions
Manage and maintain order books, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate
Track and report OTIF performance metrics
Work with relevant departments to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Identify and address discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and customer accounts promptly
Report on aftersales & remedial issues, actively look for opportunities to improve and reduce remedial activity
What you will need
Required criteria
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a supervisory/leader position
- Experience of providing direction, instructions and guidance
- Experience of supporting and motivating a team to ensure that are meeting Company objectives.
Desired criteria
- Maths and English Language Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in logistics
- Experience of working in a KBB sector
