PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Production Workers to join our team here at Brett Martin . The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. No experience is required, and full training will be given.
About the role
Main tasks and Duties
Quality control and inspection of finished products is an essential part of this role, Quality inspection training will be provided.
Packaging of finished products ensuring they meet required quality standards.
Assisting with machinery as required
Maintain work area to required standard.
Deal with non-conforming materials, processes and products in accordance with Company procedures.
Participate in training and improvement activities and to train others as required.
Be willing and capable to learn new and established processes and procedures within given timescales as required by the Production Manager.
