HGV Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 drivers.
We are looking for drivers to make multi drop deliveries across London and the southeast to Supermarkets, shops, petrol stations, etc.
Rate: 17.00 Pounds per hour
About the role
Job Responsibilities
To be aware of the following day’s journey including the route of delivery and allowing for any timed drops
To check load items, security and all necessary equipment and paperwork to enable completion of drops
To check the vehicle in accordance with the drivers daily check sheet and to take action as required before departure
To unload goods at the customer’s premises safely, efficiently and always in a considerate and polite fashion taking into account the care and attention for the general public at all times.
To adhere to transport legislation and take Work time and driving breaks in accordance to the rules in place
To be aware of the legal load capacity of the vehicle to be driven
Basic Requirements
Class 2 experience
UK Cat C driving licence
CPC
Digi Taco
Proof of right to work
No more than 9 points on licence
Good communication skills
A good, can do, positive attitude
