Accommodation Assistants
Trim Castle Hotel is currently seeking Accommodation Assistants to join the team at Trim Castle Hotel in County Meath.
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the Accommodation Assistant will execute housekeeping duties for the hotel including preparing rooms for guests and ensuring our general areas are maintained to the highest standard
About the role
Accommodation Assistant Responsibilities will include:
Cleaning of guest bedrooms in accordance with Trim Castle Hotel standards.
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness
Excellent attention to detail
Maximise customer satisfaction by cleaning guests bedrooms in accordance with the standards of Trim Castle Hotel.
Be responsible for cleaning the corridor that you work on and restocking your trolley on a daily basis
Working in the public areas of the hotel, cleaning all areas to a high standard.
Must be able to work 5/7 inclusive of weekends and bank holidays.
Training will be provided.
Meals provided on duty.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Right to live and work In Ireland
- Experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is essential
- Must be available to work morning shifts from 8am onwards.
- Customer service focused.
- Friendly, positive attitude.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management
