Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Wareham Forest Lodge Retreat in Poole, Dorset. Fantastic hourly rate of £11.94!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
Typical shift times will be 8:30am - 17:00pm or 10:00am - 18:30pm, flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About the role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor will
· Assist and supervisor the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation.
· Respond to maintenance requests from guests on site.
· Complete any necessary paperwork following repairs and maintenance.
· Assist and supervise the grounds team to ensure the appearance of the retreat is kept up to its five star standard.
· Assist with grass cutting and strimming, edging and weeding borders and also clearing pathways.
· Ensure the retreat is kept clear and free of debris.
· Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of all hot tubs on changeover days.
Requirements:
Previous maintenance / grounds experience is preferred. Hot tub maintenance experience is advantageous. A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use the site buggies / vehicles.
