About the role
About the role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our well established team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Achieving Personal and Team KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
· Customer Satisfaction: Providing exceptional service to both existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
· Guidance: Offering expert advice, assisting customers in making informed decisions that align with their needs and budget.
· Listening and Solution-Providing: Actively listen to customer requirements, understanding their preferences and needs, and providing tailored solutions through our range of Suzuki vehicles and associated services.
Essential criteria:
· Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
· Have an understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
· A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of customers
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
· Ability to use own initiative and be proactive
· A confident communicator
· Possess a strong work ethic
· A full driver’s licence
Desirable Criteria:
· Previous experience within the automotive industry
· Experience in the use of Kerridge or another CRM system
