Overview
We're looking for a dynamic Paid Media Manager to join our team at Sleeping Giant Media. You will be at the helm of crafting and executing cutting-edge paid advertising campaigns across key digital platforms like Google Ads and Meta. Your goal will be to align these campaigns with overarching marketing objectives, driving brand awareness, engagement, and maximising return on investment.

About the role
The Role:
• Lead the execution of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, aligning with company marketing objectives.
• Manage the workload of team members and help develop the paid media skills of the team
• Ensure adherence to best practices within the team and the clients we work with, and continually develop your own skills to keep at the top of the paid media game
• Work closely with the Account Teams to identify opportunities for client growth
The Person:
• Passionate about paid advertising.
• Experience managing paid media budgets on platforms such as Google Ads, or the Meta Business Suite.
• Be able to prioritise, manage your own time and your own workload.
• Be able to manage and inspire a team.
• Ability to manage key stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Confident in attention to detail, spotting errors quickly and effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A confident and competent person with a good sense of humour.
Requirements:
3 years + experience in PPC / Paid Social
Proven ability to manage team members
Experience using Google Ads Editor, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Analytics.
Both written and spoken English to a high standard
An excellent grasp of mathematics and basic statistics
A keen ability to problem-solve and find solutions
Prioritisation, time and workload management
Evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry essential
Informal or formal qualifications are preferred, but not necessary
