About the role
Your role will involve:
Providing personal care and supporting individuals with their daily needs.
Supporting individuals to remain independent in their own homes.
Providing physical and emotional support, ensuring that respect and dignity is maintained at all times.
Have a can-do attitude to everyday tasks.
Communicate and build good working relationships with family members, managers and other professionals.
Utilise technology to enable independence and provide holistic care and support.
