About the role
Role Highlights:
- Deliver unparalleled after-sales customer care, creating the best possible customer experiences.
- Build rapport and understand customers' service/repair needs, guiding them to suitable products/services.
- Provide precise service and repair estimates, setting clear expectations regarding costs and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and customers to discuss required work, enhancing value for both parties.
- Schedule work based on customer needs, workshop utilization, job complexity, and parts availability.
