Renewable Energy Scholarship

In conjunction with Ulster University, firmus energy are offering the opportunity of a Renewable Energy Engineering Scholarship to help kickstart the learning journey and future career for students.

The Offer

  • £2,000 Annual Bursary

  • Paid Summer Placements for the duration of your studies (10 Weeks)

  • 1 Year paid industrial experience (@£22K p.a plus benefits)

  • Access to a company mentor and support through professional registration

  • Eligibility to apply for the graduate Engineer Programme following Graduation

Egilbility Criteria

  • Must be in first year of study for the BEng Renewable Energy Engineering (Magee)

  • Have good communication, IT and interpersonal skills

  • Have the Right to Work in the UK for paid placement experience with firmus energy

  • Hold a current UK/EU driving licence

Reserve Lists

We use reserve lists for positions where more than one candidate is deemed suitable for a position. Reserve lists are in place for 12 months during which reserve candidates will be offered the same or similar post should one become available during this time.
