Deli Assistant
Family-owned and operated, the Red Cow Moran Hotel and Red Cow Inn are very proud of their high standards of product and service. We strive to exceed expectations by ensuring guests receive a superior hospitality experience delivered by our team of warm, friendly professionals who enjoy what they do.
We are currently seeking a Deli Assistant to join the busy and bustling Red Cow Inn, part of the Red Cow Complex.
About the role
Main Responsibilities Include:
Provide a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service.
Prepare and assist with food preparation when required.
Set up, replenish counters and merchandising the deli.
Ensure the regular and systematic cleaning and maintenance of the equipment in all areas of Deli both front of house and in the kitchen.
To monitor and deliver the HACCP programme for the Deli to ensure effective standards in line with hygiene and quality regulations.
Always present the entire Deli to the highest standard.
Ensure deliveries are checked off in line with goods inwards procedures.
Work as part of the team to provide the highest standard of food preparation quality, presentation and service.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail eye with ability to act quick.
Organized and flexible with passion for customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on their own initiative and as well as part of a team.
Flexible to work 5 days over 7, weekends inclusive.
