Machine Operator (Flag & Kerb Yard - Ocem & Rino Plant) - Night Shift
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our Flag & Kerb Yard - Ocem Plant on Night Shift!

We are looking for a Machine Operator (Night Shift) to set up and run the Ocem Machine using computer panels to get the right product mix and design.
Night Shift = 4 Nights - 44 hours - Set shift pattern = Work Life Balance.
You can expect to start off earning at least £628 per week + £500 joining Bonus. (Min starting salary £34,156)

About the role
We will train you to:
- Understand the production plan
- Setup the machine to make the products as per the production plan;
- Setup the machine by using computer panels to get the right product mix and design.
- Successfully carry out a product change
- Manufacture quality products to a high standard
- Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times
- Understand mix designs and run times
- Be able to carry out Machine changeover / mould changes successfully and efficiently
- Identify and problem solve in terms of maintenance / quality issues
- Understand the Machine and how each control operates and how to program settings
- Adjust the shotblasting process so that a quality product is produced
- Inspect and Quality control Products to ensure they meet required standard and specification. Record the data.
- Ensure machines are locked out, isolated and props in place before cleaning or routine maintenance commences.
- Carry out basic adjustments and routine maintenance on machine on completion of training and as deemed competent by supervisor / manager.
What you will need
Required criteria
- No experience necessary as full training will be provided.
Desired criteria
- 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A – C.
- Operating experience.
- Full and clean driving licence
- Experience of Operating Control Panels
- Interest in Working with Machines
