Quality Technician

Job Purpose.

Performing and reporting results from laboratory tests to produce reliable and precise data to support investigations undertaken by the Technical teams. There may be a requirement to work between a number of our locations

Key duties and responsibilities.

·       Adhere to all health safety and environmental requirements

·       Perform all tasks following strict methodologies

  • Collecting material samples from our quarry and manufacturing processes.

  • Communicating with managers, production and commercial personnel where potential issues may arise and developing solutions with them.

  • Liaising with Technical Laboratory Managers on product or process performance.

·       Assist with internal and external audits.  

  • Keeping accurate records, updating database and maintaining QC equipment.

  • Conducting site visits to address complaints

  • Supervision of concrete pours

·       Additional duties as required.

About the role

Key Skills.
