We initially rolled out the system to a few care homes before going live for all 29 homes and training the hiring managers. A proactive approach towards training and onboarding helped in a smooth transition from the manual process.

1: Streamlined approach towards posting jobs Beaumont Care Homes completely revolutionised how they handled their applications using the SeeMeHired system. The jobs were directly posted in SeeMeHired and automatically published to major job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, NI jobs and over 20 other free job boards. This saved time creating duplicate job posts and increased the reach to a broader audience.

Unlike hundreds of emails, all the applications from these job boards flowed back to the SeeMeHired system, enabling the HR team to tackle all applications from one place. Managers could view the duplicate applications through the ‘Previously applied’ section and take the required action.

Applicants who don’t have the right to work are selected, rejected and notified in one click, which reduces the recruitment admin time and also keeps the candidate informed about their status. Only short-listed candidates are sent the detailed application form in which they have to upload the required documents. 

By front-loading the document collection process before the interview through SeeMeHired’s flexible hiring stages, interviews are sent only to candidates with the required documents.

3: Improved interview experience, reducing recruitment admin time After the team confirms the interview time with the candidates, the invite and all the required information are sent from SeeMeHired’s platform.

The hiring team can easily keep track of the candidates in the interview stage by navigating to the candidate section.

By keeping track of the interview status, the team can schedule the interviews quickly, which improves candidate efficiency and reduces hiring time from 3 - 4 days to 1- 2 days.

4: Streamlined Reference Requests and Messaging After hiring the candidate, HR sends a reference request from the system to the external e-mail address, which again flows back into the candidate section. The email template is first selected with dynamic placeholders, which auto-populate the candidate information, avoiding the manual effort. 

All the candidate replies and external emails are sorted and saved in the candidate ‘Messages’ section that the team can view at any time. 

Two interviewers are assigned for every interview, and their notes are added to the platform. These notes can be downloaded effortlessly at any time, eliminating the hassle of searching through folders or the need for manual printing during quality checks. It's a streamlined solution designed for efficient and organised interview processes.

5: Reduced onboarding time Before SeeMeHired, the team had sent all the onboarding documents by mail, which required the candidates to download, print, sign, scan and mail them back. This delayed the time to hire and also impacted the candidate experience. SeeMeHired’s efficient onboarding system sends all the documents in one go. Onboarding packs are curated for each role, with all the contracts and forms to be filled out.

Once the candidate is hired, the team sends out the respective packs, which can be tracked in real-time. The overall status is monitored in the candidate section, and reminders are sent if the candidate still needs to complete the onboarding.

Upon completion, the team can always download the documents for reference. By streamlining the onboarding process, the candidate completion rate is up to 99%, and the time taken to complete has reduced from a week to a few minutes.
