Multi-Skilled Production Operator (KBH) - Nights
This is a night shift opportunity to join our night shift team!!
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am (44 hours per week)
This role will provide you with exciting challenges and opportunities within Manufacturing.
You will provide excellent support to the Production Team.
Your role will range from Forklift duties, Quality Inspection right through to Machine Operation and will also depend on skills, training and competencies. All roles will contribute to ensure smooth production of the company goods. You will receive on the job training. You can expect to get real life, hands on experience and learn as you go. You will be supported and mentored through work participation and receive an individual training and Induction programme.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and maintain knowledge of the production plan and the packaging booklet
Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times
Produce quality products to a high standard
Using Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/ batching sheets accurately
Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift
Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Interest in working within a manufacturing / Production environment
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Great communication skills.
- Good interpersonal Skills.
- Ambitious and keen to succeed and progress.
- Team player.
- Positive outlook.
- IT literate
- Very well organised person.
Desired criteria
- 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A – C.
- Previous work-related qualifications within a Manufacturing setting
- Working experience of Machinery / Manufacturing Industry
- Working experience in Production / Industrial setting
- Experience of Use of Machinery Controls
- Forklift Experience
- Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or Ipad.
- Full and clean driving licence
