Digital Transformation Manager

About the role
. Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap aligned with the Company's strategic goals.
· Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects on time, within scope and budget.
· Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends and innovations to drive business improvement.
· Collaborate with business units to understand needs and ensure solutions support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Oversee digital platform implementation.
· Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of digital initiatives.
· Champion a culture of innovation, agility and continuous improvement across the organization.
· Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.
· Facilitate change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training and support.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex digital initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies such as cloud services, data analytics, AI, RPA, CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile and/or change management methodologies.
Desired criteria
- Master’s degree (e.g. MBA or related field).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE 2) or change management.
- Experience in manufacturing industry digital transformation projects.
