Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

• To deliver consistent standards of excellence in food and beverage service

• To meet, greet and serve our guests to a high standard

• To ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times

• To deal with guests’ requests in an effective and timely manner

• To upsell products and services

• Cleanliness of all areas, outside and inside the service areas

• Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace

Essential Requirements

• Must have experience in a similar role in a hotel/restaurant/ gastro bar to be considered.

• Must be available during weekdays and weekends

• Previous experience is essential

• Must perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
