Sales & Marketing Manager
We are currently seeking applications for a Sales & Marketing Manager on a full- time basis to join the Sales and Reservations Department.
About the role:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for channelling suitable business through the hotel to ensure that all revenue and sales KPIs are met & that the business has a solid foundation upon which it can continue to grow year on year.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for drawing up the annual Sales & Marketing Plan, in line with revenue KPIs, budgets & hotel resources. They will be responsible for managing the Sales, Marketing & Revenue Department & will work closely with the Revenue Supervisor to ensure room revenue targets are being met.
The candidate should be pro-active and energetic with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and the ability to execute effectively a focused sales & marketing plan for the agreed market segments.
