The Role: Project ControllerAs our Project Controller, you'll be at the heart of our operations—coordinating exciting modular and cabin projects from start to finish. You'll oversee everything from initial handovers to snag-free project completion, making sure each step runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. This isn’t just another desk job—you’ll occasionally step out to supervise site activities and work closely with our dynamic teams, ensuring every project you touch is a success.
About the role
Key responsibilities:
Manage all project documentation and administration (both electronic and paper-based).
Conduct detailed handovers from sales and coordinate with production teams.
Maintain accurate project costing sheets, managing costs and revenues to maximise profitability.
Clarify project specifications and manage variations directly with clients.
Ensure Health & Safety documents, site plans, and other paperwork are submitted timely.
Liaise with internal teams (design, production) and key suppliers to ensure project plans are delivered to client specifications.
Attend internal and external meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure project-specific documents like O&M Manuals are delivered to clients on time.
Help site teams ensure snag-free project handovers.
Coordinate site activity with the Head of Projects when necessary.
Who we are looking for:
A61 Appointed Person CPCS qualification (preferred)
SMSTS certification (advantageous)
First Aid certified
CSCS or CPCS cardholder
Strong understanding of modular and off-site construction is essential
This role would suit a Site manager or Project manager in the same industry.
