Race Room Operative
We're currently recruiting Full time Race Room Associates for our Head Office!
The Job:
Making a positive impact on every customer transaction, efficiently and effectively
Problem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone/ online, and providing a friendly, timely and professional service
Building real connections, being dedicated to offering the highest customer's service
Keeping up to date with each days live sporting events
We are here for our customers, during sporting events, so you'll need to be flexible and commit to working a rotating work pattern - Your hours of work will be between 9:00am to 9:30pm Monday to Sunday.
The organisation:
Toals is a family-run business, established in 1932 in Ballymena. Currently there are 50+ shops across every county in Northern Ireland and we offer a telephone and text betting service, which is available 7 days a week.
We maintain our relationship with the local community by sponsoring the Co. Antrim FA.
About the role

Essential:
GCSE Maths and English, at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Previous Customer Care experience OR excellent telephone skills
Numeracy Skills
Desirable:
Experience in Microsoft Office packages
Keen Interest in Sport
Customer care experience. Must be numerate and have excellent telephone or customer service skills.
