Efficiently manage switchboard operations, directing calls and relaying messages accurately to staff and guests.
Maintain precise guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are balanced and recorded correctly.
Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and proactive customer service, anticipating needs and resolving queries with a smile.
Who You Are
An individual with proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a natural ability to connect with people.
Equipped with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficient in using IT systems.
Possessing a friendly, professional demeanour and a dedicated guest-focused attitude.
