While you'll initially be based at our well-established home Cherry Tree House, we're preparing to open Wendover Manor later this year, a brand-new, purpose-built and wellness-led care home that will create exciting opportunities for career progression and development as we continue to grow.

About this role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be part of residents’ everyday lives and often the person who can make the biggest difference to their day.
You’ll provide personal care and practical support, but the role is about much more than that. It’s taking the time to get to know someone, noticing when something isn’t quite right, encouraging independence, sharing a laugh, helping someone take part in something they enjoy and making sure they feel genuinely at home.
You’ll support residents with:
Personal care, mobility and everyday routines.
Eating and drinking.
Staying active, independent and involved in the things they enjoy.
Emotional wellbeing, companionship and meaningful interaction.
End-of-life care, where kindness, dignity and reassurance matter more than ever.
Making their own choices and continuing to live life in a way that feels right for them.
