Weighbridge Operator- Moneymore

We are seeking a Weighbridge Operator who will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe and accurate weighing of vehicles entering and leaving our Carmean site.
Role Overview
This role involves maintaining accurate records, providing excellent customer service to our customers and drivers.
About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the weighbridge in line with company procedures;
Accurately record vehicle weights, load details and customer information;
Issue tickets, delivery dockets and other documentation as required;
Liaise with drivers and site staff in a courteous and professional manner;
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and quality standards;
Maintain accurate records and report any discrepancies to the Location Manager;
Carry out basic administrative duties including filing, data entry, fuel orders and stock control updates;
Support site operations by monitoring vehicle movements and ensuring site rules are followed;
Assist with general office or weighbridge housekeeping duties to maintain and safe and efficient working environment.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a weighbridge or similar role is desirable, but not essential;
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance;
Good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Strong communication skills;
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy production environment;
Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
