Weighbridge Operator- Moneymore

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the weighbridge in line with company procedures;

• Accurately record vehicle weights, load details and customer information;

• Issue tickets, delivery dockets and other documentation as required;

• Liaise with drivers and site staff in a courteous and professional manner;

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and quality standards;

• Maintain accurate records and report any discrepancies to the Location Manager;

• Carry out basic administrative duties including filing, data entry, fuel orders and stock control updates;

• Support site operations by monitoring vehicle movements and ensuring site rules are followed;

• Assist with general office or weighbridge housekeeping duties to maintain and safe and efficient working environment.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a weighbridge or similar role is desirable, but not essential;

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance;

• Good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office;

• Strong communication skills;

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy production environment;

• Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
