About the role

Your Role

As our Quality Improvement Manager, you will report directly to the Quality Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional standards across our services. You’ll:

  • Develop and implement effective quality improvement strategies.

  • Mentor and inspire operational teams to achieve excellence.

  • Drive compliance and champion best practices across all services.

  • Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and manage improvement plans for services needing additional support.

  • Step in as a temporary Locality or Registered Manager when necessary.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in health and social care. You’ll have:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management (or equivalent).

  • Extensive experience managing CQC-registered services and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • A deep understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional leadership and change management abilities.
