With a responsibility for new and used cars the successful candidate help us achieve our commitment to delivering exceptional customer care and professional franchise representation. The role requires leadership skills and the ability to implement an agreed business plan, taking the business forward.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, forward thinking with great attention to detail. As this is a busy and demanding role with lots of opportunity, it is essential that the individual possesses excellent communication skills, team building qualities, can demonstrate commercial awareness and possess an infectious determination to succeed.
About the role
In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible Sales experience.
Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
As a proactive member of the Management team you will be required to
Run an efficient operation
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Motivating and developing staff to perform to the best of their ability and carrying out regular 1:1 review meetings
Implementing department targets and brand KPI's.
Responsibility for purchasing vehicles, displaying it to a very high standard both online and physical as well as keeping pricing in line with the current market
Responsible for systems and processes to deliver consistent high performance

What you will need
Required criteria
- A full & valid current UK driving licence
- Ability to coach the team to achieve potential as individuals and as a team
- Ability to deliver an effective and compliant sales process
- A proven track record delivering exceptional customer service and retention
- A minimum of 2 years experience managing a franchised car dealership
- Ability to generate leads and effectively market the product offering
- Ability to demonstrate Commercial Awareness in the retail motor industry
