Restaurant Supervisor

Possess the capability to manage and oversee the food and beverage service team, ensuring high-quality service to all guests.
Have the ability to collaborate effectively with the food & beverage team, provide guidance, and distribute various tasks and duties among team members.
Responsible for implementing and supervising all training F&B service team.
Committed to ensuring total guest satisfaction by promptly and efficiently addressing guest inquiries in a friendly manner.
Must have a flexible mindset, enjoy tackling challenges, and be capable of working beyond comfort zones while maintaining a positive and objective outlook.
Must be polite and dedicated to consistently delivering high-standard service.
Must be driven by standards and pay attention to detail.
Must always maintain a professional demeanor through personal appearance.
Prior experience in a similar role in a restaurant/hotel is desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
