GENERAL MANAGER- QUAYS BAR, GALWAY
Located in the city centre of Galway’s vibrant ‘Latin Quarter’ The Quays, Galway is one of Galway’s most famous and historic music drinking establishments. For close on 400 years The Quays has catered to both Galwegians and visitors to our city. We are seeking a new General Manager to join the team.
Applicant Requirements:
Previous management experience in a busy irish bar.
Be a hands-on, natural leader who enjoys leading from the front
Passion for quality food & drink
Strong communicator with a high level of initiative
Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
Approachable with excellent people skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong understanding of business management
Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximise resources
