Job Description:
As a Bar Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class experience to our guests. Your friendly demeanour, impeccable attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our resort's bars. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking orders and serving beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Engaging with guests to provide recommendations and assistance in choosing from our extensive selection of beverages.
- Preparing and serving cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Collaborating with the team to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Staff in a high-end hospitality establishment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional service.
- A professional and friendly demeanour, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
