This position involves a flexible shift pattern, including days and nights, and we value team members who are adaptable and willing to contribute across various aspects of our home's operations, ensuring comprehensive care for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personalised physical and emotional support, meticulously following individual care plans.
Safely administering and prompting medication in strict accordance with policy and training.
Understanding and thoughtfully responding to each resident’s unique personal, cultural, and social needs.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and dignified living environment for all residents.
Accurately documenting care provided and promptly reporting any changes or incidents.
Upholding company policies and procedures, including safeguarding, COSHH, and health & safety standards.
Actively participating in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to foster continuous professional development.
Championing equality, anti-discriminatory practice, and inclusive care at all times.
Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support various tasks and departments across the home to ensure seamless operations.
