🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Business Support Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Independent Lives service running smoothly. You’ll learn to:
Support colleagues with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with teams, partners, and stakeholders
Organise meetings, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records
Use digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, internal systems) to improve efficiency
Contribute to projects, reporting tasks, and process improvements
Maintain confidentiality and follow GDPR and data-handling standards
Provide friendly, reliable and professional support across the organisation
