We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chef to become a key part of our kitchen team, supporting the daily preparation of fresh, high-quality dishes.
This is a fantastic role for an individual who is passionate about food and looking to build their culinary career. You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen organisation, you have to work strongly on your own as well as part of the team. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring our dishes are consistently prepared and plated to the cafe's high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing ingredients, following recipes, and adhering to franchise guidelines.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
Following all HACCP, food safety, and health and safety procedures.
Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and ordering.

- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods during busy service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Desired criteria
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
- HACCP training is considered an advantage.
