We are looking for a Experienced Food and Beverage Server's to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manor. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the bar areas as a whole.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:
· Working as part of our team, in a busy fast paced environment.
· Responsibility for the quality and consistency of customer service and food standards.
· Customer and staff welfare.
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
The service team would be required to complete the following tasks: -
· Serving food, desserts and drink to customers
· Clearing tables
· Ensuring eating areas are clean, sanitised and tidy for our customers
· Directing complaints to manager
· Assisting with opening and closing duties
Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage Service
About the role
Main tasks and duties
· To adhere to company’s health and safety policies;
· To maintain and operate the bar area in an efficient manner;
· To serve and deliver drinks to customers;
· Excellent customer service
· To serve food in an efficient manner to the customer;
· To operate a cash float according to procedures;
· To replenish stock as when required to do so;
· To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained;
· To promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner;
· To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;
· To attend training courses as and when necessary;
· To ensure effective communication to management and peers;
· To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents, customers and any other persons on the premises;
· Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, fire, loss or damage;
· To report all maintenance issues and take appropriate action;
· Setting up & closing rooms for weddings/functions and general hotel use;
Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management
What you will need
Required criteria
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Good Command of English Language
- Must have excellent communication and basic numeracy skills
- Must have a professional appearance
- Need transportation due to location
