Deputy Home Manager

At Hill Care Group, we believe a care home should be a warm, welcoming community where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home. We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in providing visible, values-led leadership across every aspect of our home.

As a trusted deputy, you will help cultivate a culture where outstanding resident experiences, colleague wellbeing, continuous quality improvement, and regulatory compliance are embedded into everyday practice. You will lead the home with confidence in the absence of the Home Manager, maintaining operational oversight and championing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary care and support teams.
  • Driving care quality, robust governance, and continuous CQC inspection readiness.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, safe staffing levels, and admissions.
  • Upholding Hill Care's core CARE values: Compassion, Aspiration, Respect, and Empowerment.

If you are a passionate care leader dedicated to making a genuine difference in the lives of residents and colleagues alike, we would love to welcome you to the Hill Care family.

This role offers an exceptional platform for professional career progression. Hill Care is deeply committed to developing its leaders, offering supported pathways toward qualifications such as the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care and progression into registered Home Manager positions. It is an exciting, dynamic opportunity to combine operational leadership with person-centred care.
