Data Integration Manager

We have an exciting role as a Data Integrations Manager with Healix in Esher.

Reporting to the Head of IT Operations, you will be working as part of the Healix Global IT to ensure timely successful delivery of Single Sign On and Employee data integrations with Clients and Third-Party Travel Management Companies.

This person must have the following skills:

  • Project Delivery

  • Staff line management and supervision

  • Experience dealing directly with senior management and clients

  • SQL

  • Report creation

This person would benefit from knowledge or experience in the following areas:

  • SSRS

  • Power BI

  • Knowledge of Medical Assistance and Travel Risk Management

  • Experience of running a team in an IT Service Desk environment

Our successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and is focussed on delivery and detail. They must be a diplomatic leader who can quickly get people on their side. In addition they will be:

  • Delivery and Detail-focussed

  • Self-motivated and personable individual able to work with minimal supervision and take responsibility for their functional area

  • Able to be proactive but also to take direction

  • Possess a methodical and structured approach to analysing problems and producing solutions

  • Able to influence decisions through reasoned argument

  • Quick to build relationships and earn respect through sound judgement and a positive attitude

  • Committed to getting the job done.

Ideally, they will have excellent documentation and presentation skills.

About the role

Responsibilities of the role include but are not restricted to:

  • Line management and daily supervision of the Data Integration Analyst team (2 staff)

  • Successful delivery of data and SSO integrations within agreed SLAs

  • Resolution of issues

  • Communication with the business, Clients and Third Parties

  • Ownership of integration process and planning

  • Controlling and reporting of costs related to integrations

  • Work with wider IT team and suppliers to deliver more complex integrations

  • Ensuring the Data Integration team functions effectively as part of the IT Service Desk

What you will need

Required criteria

  • Highly competent with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Flexible with ability to develop solutions to meet targets with a wide range of skillsets
  • Experience of handling projects is desirable, including managing stakeholder updates and communications

Desired criteria

  • Knowledge of medical and travel assistance
