Hours & Shifts
24 to 48 hours per week (flexible night shifts available)
Pay Rates
£14.34 per hour (Sunday to Friday nights)
£15.03 per hour (Saturday nights)
About this role
About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you'll be there to support residents during the quieter hours, helping them feel comfortable and reassured while maintaining a calm and welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting residents with personal care and wellbeing needs during the night
Carrying out regular checks and responding when residents need assistance
Helping residents settle and providing reassurance when needed
Keeping the home clean, tidy, and comfortable
Working closely with colleagues to ensure residents receive the best possible care
Some nights will be busy, others quieter, but every shift plays an important part in helping residents feel secure and supported.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Must have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
- Must be able to work night shifts
- Must be able to commute to Worthing, West Sussex
- Must be able to provide care and support to residents
Desired criteria
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (24 to 48 hours per week)
- Experience working as a Care Assistant or in a similar care setting
- Experience working with elderly residents
- Possess empathy, patience, and good communication skills
