Full Time Health Care Assistant for Day/Night

About the role
· To provide for the care of each resident as per the care plans laid out by the residents Primary Nurse.
· To adhere to all company policies in the best interest of residents and staff.
· To attend all compulsory training. as organised by Evergreen Care.
· To assist the nursing staff in their role ensuring to agree to do only those tasks that the Carer is competent and confident in carrying out.
· To report all changes in the condition or mental state of all residents to the nurse on duty, and to carry out her instructions accordingly.
· To participate in the admission, transfer, and discharge process of residents, under the instruction and supervision of the nurse on duty, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
· To be involved in the activities function of the nursing home, ensuring all residents enjoy activities of their choice without undue pressure to participate.
