We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants to support both children and adults with complex needs.

Available Role:

Client:  You will be supporting a young boy with complex needs, including PEG feeding and diabetes management, and will be required to provide support with medication management, blood glucose monitoring, PEG care, incontinence care, management of challenging behaviour, and support for cognitive impairment.Hours: 8am till 4pm Monday to SundayPay: £12.71 - £13.94

Duties include:

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans

  • Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities

  • Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing

  • Maintain accurate care documentation

  • Build trusting relationships with clients and families

  • Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies

What you will need

Required criteria

  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills for documentation
  • Enhanced DBS required

Desired criteria

  • Experience with children or complex needs preferred but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle preferred
