About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).
Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.
Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.
Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship
Requirements:
Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals.
Previous experience is desired but not required—full training provided.
Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
