Cleaning Operative - Deep Clean Division

Deep Cleaning Operations

·         Carry out comprehensive deep cleaning of assigned areas in accordance with site specifications and schedules.

·         Strip, scrub, disinfect, and reassemble high-touch and hard-to-reach surfaces.

·         Deep clean floors including machine scrubbing, steam cleaning, stripping, sealing, and polishing as required.

·         Thoroughly clean skirting boards, vents, tiles, grout, doors, frames, and fixtures.

·         Remove built-up dirt, grease, limescale, and bacteria from all surfaces.

Specialist and Periodic Cleaning Tasks

·         Operate specialist cleaning machinery and equipment following training and safety procedures.

·         Deep clean kitchens, canteens, food-preparation areas, and appliances.

·         Carry out intensive washroom and restroom sanitation, including toilets, urinals, sinks, showers, and basins.

·         Perform internal window, wall, and ceiling cleaning as part of scheduled works.

·         Support post-construction, post-event, or infection-control cleans where required.

·         Carry out deep cleaning of external areas where specified, including entrances, bin stores, and car parks.

·         Remove debris, staining, and built-up grime to maintain site appearance and safety.

·         Support overall site presentation to ensure compliance with hygiene and visual standards.

Compliance and Safety

·         Use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with COSHH and company training.

·         Always wear and maintain appropriate PPE for deep cleaning tasks.

·         Follow all health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.

·         Report hazards, incidents, near misses, or equipment faults to management immediately.

·         Maintain awareness of emergency, fire, and site-specific procedures.
